I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn for a family getaway. The indoor pool was fantastic and the kids loved it. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. we had all the energy needed for our busy days. The location was perfect, close to RIT and beautiful lakes. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, the bathroom setup had accessibility issues. The compactness made it difficult for my family members to move around comfortably. This could definitely use some improvement. Overall, my family enjoyed our time here.
